What is Life Coaching?

As a Life Coach and Positive Psychology Practitioner in Dubai, my job is to help you hit pause to take a deep look at yourself and what you want for your life.

Together, we will form an alliance of two equal partners whose purpose is to identify and facilitate you achieving your goals. I will not tell you what you should do. Instead, I will guide and champion you to find the strength within yourself to get to your destination.

Coaching provides the tools you need to self-realize, ultimately leading you to the framework that will underpin a happy and confident life. It’s a process designed to bring out the best in you.

I believe you are a strong, whole and resourceful person who only needs assistance in gaining clarity of your own thinking.

I will support you by:

What is Positive Psychology?

Positive Psychology is the science-based approach I use to help you discover what makes life most worth living.

With a focus on your strengths, I guide you to create more abundance, for a better, more fulfilled life.

You may be used to an approach where you’re asked: “How can we fix what’s wrong?”

Thanks to the influence of Positive Psychology, I’ll be asking you “How can we build on what’s right?”

Positive psychology offers tools for coping with adverse or stressful events, enhancing positive experiences and move with flexibility through the range of your emotions.
