Work With Me
Layan Mhanna – Confidence Life Coach
“You’re entitled to a confident and fulfilled life. Let’s find the track that leads you there.”
Are you ready to jump-start your confidence?
Whether you’ve had experiences that flattened your self-esteem, or you’ve just never felt like one of those ‘confident’ people, I want you to know that you’re not alone. But most importantly, I want you to know that those feelings can change.
Working together, I can help you understand the thought and behavior patterns that have been causing you to live a life of low confidence. We then look at your personal goals and implement strategies to support you in reaching your potential.
What is Confidence Life Coaching?

In my mind I needed a coach to learn how to organise my schedule and not be so anxious. She showed me that by calming down and not expecting too much from myself I was able to organise not only my schedule, but also my brain and my whole life. What she did was make me be able to study, work, take care of my 2-year-old, enjoy my family moments and also myself. For the first time in my life I can get a book and give myself some me time in my couch when I’m feeling tired and NOT FEELING GUILTY about now doing something more ‘useful’!
I’ll be forever grateful for what she did for me.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. Marianne Williamson
The first time I read this quote, I cried. It was during one of my training courses. The facilitator looked at me and asked me to read this quote out loud to the whole group. As 30 faces turned around and looked at me, I gasped. Every word struck a chord in my soul. It was as if this quote was designed to wake me up from this fear I had of showing up as my best self.
I struggled with my self-confidence at a very young age and it continued to impact my life. It was hard for me to connect with my strengths, values and my inner wisdom. It was as if I was hijacked by my inner critic for a really long time to the point I thought my inner critic was me!
I used to prioritize meeting other people’s expectations before checking with myself and my priorities. I questioned my self-worth, rarely followed my heart, and made fear-based decisions or choices that pleased others. Even though I was confident in some areas, my whole confidence as a whole needed a reboot.
Reconnecting with my self-confidence was not an overnight miracle but it was like I signed up at the gym. The transformation did not happen overnight and the moment I got lazy, I relapsed. It was as if I was training unused muscles, I got demotivated for not seeing instant results and inconsistent when I got tired.
However, stepping into my confidence came from questions I asked myself such as: Who am I not to be brilliant? Happy? Successful? fabulous? …
Claiming my confidence impacted my life tremendously. It affected my love life, my body, my career and my relationships.
This is why confidence work is so important for me. I love supporting my clients in their personal journeys in stepping into their confidence, assertiveness, and professional & personal wellbeing.
